The Loose Acoustic Trio's new CD, "Brand New Mind", incorporates elements of folk, blues, old time country and Cajun, including 12 original tunes from Ken Cooper (banjo and mandolin), Richie Lawrence (accordion) and special guest writer Paul Lacques (I See Hawks In LA), as well as the cover song "Crow Black Chicken". All contribute to a distinctive, traditional roots style with a contemporary twist.
